This well balanced bowl, full of flavors and energy packed ingredients will give your child that energy packed sports performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rice &#8211; 30gms<\/li><li>Paneer \u2013 50gms&nbsp;<\/li><li>Rajma \u2013 1 Tablespoon<\/li><li>Onion &#8211; \u00bd&nbsp;<\/li><li>Tomato \u2013 1 small<\/li><li>Desi ghee &#8211; 2 teaspoon&nbsp;<\/li><li>Turmeric &#8211; \u00bc teaspoon&nbsp;<\/li><li>Bay leaf \u2013 1 small<\/li><li>Cloves, cardamom, black pepper- 2-3nos.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Pepper powder<\/li><li>Salt&nbsp;<\/li><li>Oil\/butter(as recommended)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Boil rajma and keep it aside.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Sautee paneer using a teaspoon of ghee and keep it aside.&nbsp;<\/li><li>In a pan add a teaspoon of ghee. Once it\u2019s warm enough, add bay leaf, cloves, cardamom and black peppers.<\/li><li>Add onion and sautee for some time, transfer tomatoes and soaked rice to it.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Add a pinch of haldi powder, pepper powder and salt to taste and add water and cook till done.&nbsp;<\/li><li>To this mixture add, rajma and saut\u00e9ed paneer and mix well.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Serve it warm and garnish with freshly cut coriander.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A wholesome meal to itself, do try out our protein bowl for finicky and malnourished young athletes.
