Introduce these protein rich fritters in your child&#8217;s diet for improved stamina, power and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup broccoli blanched, drained and grated or chopped fine<\/li><li>1 egg<\/li><li>1-2 tablespoon cheese<\/li><li>2-3 tbsp.&nbsp; chopped fresh herbs<\/li><li>1 &#8211; 2 cloves garlic<\/li><li>1 tbsp.&nbsp; almond flour<\/li><li>Pinch of chili powder<\/li><li>Salt as required&nbsp;<\/li><li>Oil 1-2 teaspoon<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a bowl, add blanched and chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, chopped fresh herbs, garlic, almond flour, one egg and cheese and mix well. Add the seasoning &#8211; red chili powder and salt.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Mix well and make into a pancake batter consistency. Pour a spoonful of the mixture on a hot skillet and cook using a teaspoon of oil.
