We do not encourage the use of sports drinks, artificial supplements, energy bars and energy gels to players below 18 years of age due to their adverse effects on gut and kidney health. Our sports nutrition consultants suggest only natural sports nutrition supplements for young athletes.
All our performance nutrition programs will include regular feedback through telephonic / video call. The diet for sports person will change every 15 days / 1 month based on the feedback and the requirements.
Our consultant will counsel a young athlete on the importance of nutrition for young athletes and adequate recovery. Counselling sessions by Sports psychologist and physiotherapist to achieve the goals. Multiple meal options will be provided for nutrition and sports performance emphasizing on pre training preparation and post training recovery. The consultant will also guide on the importance of wholesome balanced food and good hydration practices.
