Healthy Diet Plans

There is no one plan that suits all
Our diet plans are specially customised as per the individual’s nutritional needs which vary by type of sport, intensity of the activity, age, body size, training volume, training goals, availability of food, food sensitivities, culture and food preferences.

OUR SPORTS AND NUTRITION COUNSELING INVOLVES THE FOLLOWING STEPS

Assessment

At the onset, our WYNIT counsellor will have a consultation with the athlete and the parent / guardian. This detailed one-on-one assessment will help us understand the type of sport played and the body type, specific diet for sports person based on his/her needs, food preferences and culture of the athlete.

Analysis

After the assessment, our nutritionist will recommend biochemical and gene tests that are most suitable towards achieving the desired results.

Testing

All the biochemical, gene and lifestyle details from the assessment and the tests suggested by nutritionist are correlated and analyzed. Accordingly, a customized athletic nutrition plan is generated with natural sports supplements.

Counseling

This is the final phase that marks the start of new beginnings towards good health and high performance. The nutritionist will counsel the athlete on the importance of sports nutrition and recovery. Multiple food options will be given in the athlete diet plans, emphasizing on pre and post training. The consultant will also guide the player on the importance of a balanced diet and focusing on good hydration practices.
